Our residents at Park Central enjoy a prime location near shopping malls, coffee shops, restaurants, takeaways, bars, and nightclubs, with easy access to the largest transport hub in the Western Cape. Our residences offer shared bathroom and kitchen facilities, comfortable entertainment and braai areas, and each has its own gym. We also provide free gym, aerobics, strength, and step classes twice a week for all our students.

No, each student must bring their own bathroom amenities and their own kitchen utensils. A starter pack is available for purchase on request.
No, for both all rooms have wall mounted heaters already fitted. There are hot water boilers in each kitchenette and in the main common kitchen with hot water permanently available.
